The following information is intended as a guideline to assist you
with determing the amount of alcohol to purchase for your event.
How many guests will be drinking alcohol and how long is the event.
You will need a mix of beer, spirits and wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
To calculate the number of servings needed in total :
Number of adult guests 60 guests
Number of hours for the event 4 hours
240 servings
